These forward thinking clients brought us in early in the decision making process, before they even bought the lot or finalized the floor plans! The programing was well under way and they were seeking confirmation about their well-considered plans. The solar orientation, the views, the arrival and overall site design for maximum privacy and enjoyment were all considered. The modest Gunite pool was sited to for viewing pleasure as much as a recreational amenity. A true exercise in landscape architecture that yielded great dividends on the first day and into the future.
